Define your Healthcare Strategy with the help of Onsite Care.
Presented by OnSite Care
Some employers may not even have a healthcare strategy. Many are wondering how to navigate the uncertainty of 2017. Don’t despair! Thinking “strategy” will help you prioritize and deliver cost-control and improved health—we will show you how.
Onsite care is a win-win model of healthcare delivery. Physicians can focus on the health of their patients rather than health system profits. Patients feel valued and become engaged participants in achieving their own health outcomes. Employers see reduced healthcare costs, greater employee satisfaction with their level of care, and the increased productivity of a healthier workforce.
This session has a big ROI. It is designed for staff working in Benefits and HR, as well as Executive teams struggling with rising premiums and dissatisfaction with traditional healthcare delivery systems.

Donna Milavetz M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.P., Chief Executive Officer
After 20 years of practicing internal medicine, Dr. Milavetz recognized how truly broken our healthcare system was. The traditional fee-for-service model of healthcare was driving up costs, reducing the quality of care, and leaving both patients and doctors dissatisfied.
Dr. Milavetz knew she could do better. She walked away from her position and a broken model. She looked for a place to devote her skills to generating better health outcomes AND greater savings. She found it in the employer market and almost without intending to, started OnSite Care--a company that places focus on primary care, and provides patients the care they deserve.
Dr. Milavetz trained at one of Harvard’s hospitals, has worked at the Mayo Clinic and holds a master’s degree in public health administration from the University of Minnesota, where she also completed her internal medicine residency.
OnSite Care helps employers manage rising health costs by delivering workplace primary care clinics that provide integrated care with a capitated cost model. OnSite aligns health plans and provider services, explains health data, pinpoints chronic health conditions and lowers health risks, resulting in better outcomes for employees. Using traditional methods and innovative technology, these medical “home” clinics focus on wellness, prevention and aggressive chronic disease management, quickly changing the employer’s risk status and leading to lowered health care costs.
