The Alliance for Innovation Learning Council advises and provides oversight of Alliance learning programs. The Learning Council is comprised of Alliance Board Members, an ICMA and Arizona State University representative, Alliance Staff, Alliance Membership, Corporate Partners and Innovation Advocates. The Learning Council evaluates member needs and suggests key focus areas for the Alliance learning program. The Council meets to look at learning themes and evaluate opportunities to deliver quality learning opportunities to local governments. Learning Council members play a key role in selecting the Transforming Local Government case study presenters.
