My City is interested in purchasing a comprehensive system that would assist our efforts in managing Capital Projects. This system would preferably include both a financial component that would allow us to interface with our ERP and track project expenditures, as well as a project management component that would allow us to track project status. If possible, we would also prefer a system that provides for capital planning and budgeting.
Do any of your cities have software similar to this? Have you had success in implementing and using the software? What do you like and dislike about the system?
