Hi - I am an MBA student at the university of Warwick (England). My disseerrtation topic is about how the 150+ UK local authorities are using Twitter and Facebook to engage with citizens. I would v much like to know if I could access your UK stats for the survey for my research - fully referenced of course.

Hello Matthew,

The survey covered only U.S. local governments. It would be interesting to compare U.S. and U. K. use of social networking technology if you obtain the U.K. data.

Matthew Lloren I would love to do that! Once I collect the data, would you be willing to share specifics of US so I can possible reference it in my dissertation write up?

The raw data are proprietary because it was a funded survey, but you could use the results of the survey that will be described in an article that ICMA is publishing.
