This Group talks about the old game of bocce ball and how it's starting the be played by younger people across the country. There has been a permitting issue because there are no fields that are specific to this new type of bocce that is played in parks. Many park and rec officies laugh at the thought that several hundred of thousands of people would sign up to play bocce, but it's happening and several different age groups are invovled.

In your experience, can lawn bowling greens be shared to support bocce?

Lavar Carmichel yes, they can, but in most cities/towns, you must obtain a permit and you can only play on designated fields.. For bocce it really doesnt' make much sense to take away a field from someone else.
