FC Bikes Program Manager - Fort Collins, CO

Salary Range: 4,923 – $5,895 monthly, depending on qualifications

The City of Fort Collins has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced program manager and public relations coordinator to lead the “FC Bikes” program.    Under the direction of the Director of Transportation Planning and Special Projects, this full-time position is responsible for leading a nationally recognized “FC Bikes” bicycle program and providing bicycle-specific public information, safety education, and bicycle planning and policy support to Transportation Planning, with special emphasis on program management, safety education, public relations, project coordination, and building and maintaining extensive partnerships with community bicycle interests and stakeholders.  

The ideal candidate will be a bicycle enthusiast, as well as an excellent communicator, planner and collaborator.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in planning, transportation planning, bicycle transportation, public relations, marketing, public health, or related field and four to ten years work experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
