In a bad contract? Web conference to give an attorney's perspective
14 November 2012 |
Attorney Kyle Gulya will be one of the presenters in an upcoming ICMA web conference, "Negotiating with Vendors: How to Get What You Want." From his experience as a shareholder in the Madison, Wisconsin office of the law firm of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., Gulya will speak about contract language and share tips on how to get out of a bad contract. Participants may also ask him questions during the Q&A portion of the event.

This webinar is based on an education session from the Small Communities Track at the Phoenix conference. The focus is on addressing the contractual needs of small communities. (Those with a population of 25,000 or less.).
The presenters for this web conference will be providing actual contracts for participants to download. We've created a library of contracts covering landscaping, holiday lights, technology, mowing, streetscaping, milling and paving, and snow removal!
