311 Comparative Survey Launched

ICMA's research partner, CS Week's 311 Synergy Group, has launched its annual 311 Comparative Survey for local governments that have a centralized customer service system. The survey provides the only comparative data detailing how centers operate across North America. If a city manager or elected official has ever asked you how your center performs compared to others, you know how important the data from this survey is.
The survey will be available online until February 28th with results presented at the 311 Synergy Group's spring meeting in Charlotte next April. Click here to participate.
