Reminder - 311 Compartive Survey

Local governments that use a centralized customer service system (311 or otherwise) have an opportunity to participate in the 311 Synergy Group's annual 311 Comparative Survey. The survey gathers valuable data on operation and management of customer contact centers across North America, and will be in the field until February 28th.
