This Division Manager position will be over the newly formed Performance Management and Data Analytics Division.

The intent of the division is to have a cumulative impact of delivering better, faster, and smarter services. It will accomplish this by establishing a comprehensive, integrated performance management program that will include strategic planning, an innovation lab focused on streamlining processes and creating innovative tools to support these processes, drive data driven decision making, and help establish and sustain an environment and foundation for continuous process improvement.
