The City of New Richmond is seeking an energetic and creative individual to join our innovation team! The City of New Richmond is located in one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Wisconsin and is in close proximity to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.
Our current innovation team includes members from the Police, Fire, Airport, Library, Finance, Administration, Public Works, Electric, and Community Development Departments. Your role, if you receive an invitation to join our team, will be to assist us, to build with us, to dream big and laugh with us, and to understand that the best days of local government are in front of us, not behind us. Our future team member must be able to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and be willing to build a professional career while putting family first. If you are seeking a job with a dull routine and water-cooler talk about how "the man has got you down," than this position is not for you.
The position of Management Analyst is the equivalent of a utility infielder. A utility infielder (UI,) is a baseball player, usually one who does not have a regular starting position within the team, because he/she is capable of playing more than one key position.
Benefits to joining our team:
- Challenging assignments within a growing community
- The potential to grow within our team and grow your portfolio
- Coffee in the break room
- Opportunity to work alongside some pretty amazing people
- See the benefits and outcomes of your work
- Competitive pay and excellent benefit package
