Farmers Branch, Texas, is an extraordinary community with a small-town feel and big-city convenience. Centrally located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, more than 33,000 people call Farmers Branch home. The City of Farmers Branch is a home rule city operating under a Council-Manager form of government. The City Council consists of the Mayor and five City Council members. The City has almost 425 full-time employees, an annual operating budget of $107 million.
