The City Manager is seeking candidates to fill two (2) Deputy City Manager positions. The successful candidates must be well-rounded, professional leaders who have a flexible, team-oriented management style, and prefer to work in an exciting, empowered, and collaborative environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Public or Business Administration, Political Science, Organizational Communications/Management, or other closely related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have at least ten (10) years of progressively responsible senior management experience in public/municipal administration, preferably as a manager or assistant manager of a full-service municipal organization.
