The Director of Finance is responsible for directing all financial activities of the District and manage the overall direction and performance of varied financial activities, including controlling finances, fund accounting, treasury operations, pre-auditing, financial reporting, budget & strategic planning, forecasting, budget preparation, debt management, cash management, banking relations, grant development & management, services billing, and customer service. The Director of Finance is a regular exempt employee who is responsible to the Fire Chief and exercises direct supervision over Finance and Accounting Division.
